You can select your preferred duration (18, 24, or 30 weeks) and race goal (finish strong or go for time).
- 'Finish strong' (6-8 hours/week) is great for first time 70.3 athletes, if you're time-crunched, or are just looking to cross the finish line feeling strong under the 8.5 hour mark.
- 'Go for time' (8-12 hours/week) is ideal for athletes who are focusing on performance, looking for a personal best time, or have more time to allocate to training.
