Training Squad // Every Woman's Marathon

Ready to cross the finish line at the Every Woman’s Marathon this February? Join the EWM Training Squad!

This is an 18-week VIRTUAL team training program that will have you feeling strong AND supported all the way to race day in New Orleans.

• Kickoff: Monday, October 26
• Duration: 18 weeks (race date is February 28)
• Enrollment deadline: Monday, October 19 — space limited to 15 athletes

WHAT’S INCLUDED IN THE TRAINING SQUAD EXPERIENCE:

• Your choice of four race-specific training plans — BQ, Run Strong, Run Walk, Walk Only — with strength and mobility built in
• TrainingPeaks Premium included, so you can preview all four plans, pick your track, and adjust your own schedule day to day as life happens
• Monthly squad training call
• Coach support via Skool DM for training questions, plan adjustments, fueling strategy, and more
• Community with other BABEs training & racing for EWM — from the Squad group on Skool all the way to race weekend
• Race weekend support, shake out run, and post-race festivities

CHOOSING YOUR TRAINING TRACK:

Once you’re connected to the coaching account in TrainingPeaks, you’ll have access to preview all four tracks and can switch between them anytime during the 18 weeks.

• EWM Finish – Walk — walk-only, built around hitting the course cutoff
• EWM Finish – Run/Walk — a run/walk approach to the finish line
• EWM Run Strong — for athletes who’ve run 26.2 before and want a strong finish or modest PR
• EWM Race It/BQ — for athletes training toward a specific time goal or a Boston Qualifier

HOW IT WORKS:

• Once your order is complete, you’ll receive an email confirming your spot in the Squad.
• Startup instructions — your Skool invite and TrainingPeaks access — will be emailed to all enrolled athletes on Monday, October 19.
• Plans are hosted through TrainingPeaks; TrainingPeaks Premium is included in your program fee, no separate subscription needed.
• Pay in full, or split into 4 interest-free payments with Shop Pay at checkout.
