This is a 12-week virtual coached training program that will have you feeling strong AND supported all the way through race day. Built specifically for HYROX Tampa by a certified strength and endurance coach specializing in women's performance with over 15 years of experience. Solo and doubles athletes welcome.
Program dates:
- 12-week build kicks off: Monday, August 3rd

WHAT'S INCLUDED IN THE TRAINING SQUAD EXPERIENCE:
- HYROX-specific training plan delivered via TrainingPeaks

CHOOSING YOUR TRAINING LEVEL:
- Level 1 — Time Crunched: Ideal for the novice or time-crunched athlete who wants to cross that finish line feeling strong (2-3 gym sessions + 3 runs per week, 2 rest days, no double days)
- Level 2 — Performance: Well-suited for the athlete with a strong fitness base who wants to push the pace on race day (3-4 gym sessions + 4 runs per week, 1 rest day, occasional double days)
- Both levels include individualized heart rate and effort-based guidance throughout the program
SOLO AND DOUBLES ATHLETES: This program is designed for both solo and doubles athletes. Doubles athletes will receive additional guidance on race day strategy, pacing, and changeovers.
EQUIPMENT REQUIRED: Regular access to a gym with ski erg, sled, rower, turf space, and kettlebells. HYROX-specific training requires HYROX-specific equipment.
HOW IT WORKS:
- Once your order is complete you will receive an email confirming your registration
- Startup guide and onboarding instructions will be emailed within 1 business day of your registration
- Training plan is hosted on TrainingPeaks — you do not need a paid account though a premium account can be helpful if you want to adjust your weekly training flow
- Community and coach communication delivered via Telegram
