Meet the Coaches:

• Coach Coral Owen has over 15 years of experience coaching swimming and triathlon. She has been a triathlete herself since 2003, racing competitively as an age group and collegiate athlete in every distance from sprint to full IRONMAN. Coral is based in Clearwater, FL and specializes in working with the time-crunched and long course athletes as well as BABEs who have a history of injury/overtraining.

• Coach Amy Anderson brings a wealth of knowledge and experience as a teacher, athlete and coach to the table. She has been coaching with Team BABE since 2021 and embodies the core values of consistency, progression, and keeping the joy in training and racing. Personally, Coach Amy has raced every distance from sprint to full IRONMAN as well as several full marathons and specializes in working with masters athletes and those new to the sport. She is based in Tampa Bay, FL and also coordinates many of the in-person BABE meetups.
