THIS PLAN IS FOR YOU IF:
• You recently finished a half marathon (like St. Pete Run Fest) and are ready to see what’s next.
• You’re a self-guided athlete who thrives with structure, accountability, and clear weekly goals.
• You want a plan that builds smartly from your current fitness — no burnout, just steady, confident progress.
• You’re eyeing a winter marathon like Clearwater or Miami on January 25.

STARTING POINT:
• You can currently complete a 8-10 mile long run comfortably (even if it’s a mix of run/walk).
• You’re running 3–4 days per week consistently.
• You’re ready to add a touch more endurance and structure without doubling your training hours.

ABOUT THE PLAN:
• Length: 10 weeks
• Program dates: November 17, 2025 – January 25, 2026
(can adjust to suit different race dates)
Level 1 (Finish Strong): 3-4 runs per week + 2 strength sessions (bodyweight or dumbbell). Perfect for first-time marathoners who want to finish feeling strong and confident.
Level 2 (Go for Time): 4–5 runs per week + 2 strength sessions. Ideal for athletes chasing a PR or adding structured speed and intensity to their build.
• 1 optional cross-training day (bike, swim, or active recovery)
• Strength & mobility sessions included each week

HOW IT WORKS:
• Hosted online through TrainingPeaks.
• Once purchased, you’ll receive a startup email with your activation link within 3 business days.
• Your plan will live in your TrainingPeaks library forever — reuse it as often as you’d like.
• You don’t need a paid TrainingPeaks account (a free account works great), but a Premium account allows you to move workouts around for flexibility.
