4-week / 28-day program with 3 different levels of training
- Level 1 - 3-4 hrs/week
- Level 2 - 5-7 hrs/week
- Level 3 - 7-9 hrs/week
- All training levels outline cycling, running, mobility (swim included for tri/aquabike Base Builder)

Team B.A.B.E. Athletics, its coaches, and affiliates offer to supply me with training advice and assistance to aid me with the improvement of my fitness and to support me in attaining my athletic goals.
I hereby attest that I am in good health and my physical condition has been verified by a licensed medical doctor and furthermore, that the licensed medical doctor has been advised that I intend to participate in these activities.
I agree that I will not hold Team B.A.B.E. Athletics, its coaches, affiliates, nor sponsors responsible for any injury, accident, medical condition, damage or death that may result from my training or racing. I am doing this voluntarily and recognize the inherent risks in any type of endurance training/racing.
